After day 30, we continue safeguarding your inspection data on our servers. To keep accessing it — to come back during a renovation, look up what the inspector said about the furnace, hand the letter to a contractor — storage and access continue at $5/month (less than 17¢ a day).

- Standard residential inspection PDFs, digital or scanned. WIT handles 30 to 200+ pages and reports from most inspectors.
- Is my inspection private?
- Yes. We store your original PDF for 90 days so you can re-reference it, then permanently delete it. Inspector photos extracted from your PDF stay attached to your findings (we don't lose those when the PDF goes). Your findings, decisions, and notes stay yours forever.
- What if the AI gets something wrong?
- The inspector's original text is preserved verbatim and the original PDF is one click away. Edit, hide, or delete any finding. WIT helps you decide — it doesn't decide for you.
- Do I have to add my tools and inventory to use Pro?
- No. Pro works out of the box. But the more you tell it about what you have, the sharper the guidance gets. Add items as you go — no big upfront setup.
